Transparency in financial risks
How transparently do companies report on their financial risks? Our "Annual Report Radar" examines how 114 listed companies in the DACH region communicate their risks from foreign currencies, interest rates, commodities and liquidity.
The study illustrates how differently companies - depending on their size and degree of professionalization - report on financial risks. While large companies often rely on advanced reporting methods, medium-sized companies tend to prefer traditional approaches. The transparency and comprehensibility of such reports are of central importance both for the interests of investors and with regard to regulatory requirements.
Our free white paper summarizes the key findings of this analysis, analyzes current trends and challenges and offers specific recommendations on how companies can improve their reporting quality in the long term.
