With our Summer Treasury Impulses 2025, we invite you to prepare your treasury for the challenges of the second half of the year and develop a customized roadmap for Q3/Q4. Whether volatile supply chains, changing currency markets, cyber threats, regulatory deadlines, AI-supported work or real-time payments - we will address the most pressing topics in six online sessions. Each session combines the latest market and regulatory developments with hands-on case studies, group exercises and Q&A sessions. Each module provides you with immediately implementable roadmap elements that you can incorporate directly into your day-to-day business.

  • Technical depth & practical relevance: Each session provides market analyses, best-practice tools and checklists that you can use immediately.
  • Flexibility thanks to summertime: book individual sessions or the complete package - different colleagues can take part in each session depending on their specialization
  • Interaction & exchange: Small groups, live demos and Q&A sessions ensure that individual questions are not neglected.

All six sessions take place on a weekly basis, always on Thursdays from 11:00 to 13:00 as an online session. Each session combines a compact technical lecture with interactive case studies or exercises and ends with a Q&A session in which you can ask your individual questions.

Supply chain finance as an opportunity in a tense supply chain environment

24.07.2025 | ONLINE | 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Supply chains will continue to be volatile in 2025 following pandemic and geopolitical disruptions, and capital tied up in working capital will increase steadily. At the same time, new supply chain finance solutions are constantly appearing to release tied-up liquidity at short notice. For treasury teams, this means checking the supply chain now for applicable SCF instruments and adding them to the roadmap in order to optimize liquidity buffers.

Market overview & trends
We give you an insight into the development of the SCF market: How have factoring and co. developed and what growth rates are evident? What role do SCF instruments play in the economy and which trends are gaining in importance?

A comparison of SCF models
Compare the functions of factoring, ABS, reverse factoring, dynamic discounting and inventory finance in a practical way and recognize which instrument - depending on the circumstances for the company - represents the greatest leverage for your working capital.

Approach & case study
Understand and develop a step-by-step roadmap for selecting and implementing your optimal SCF instrument and discuss the financial impact of possible SCF instruments with us using a case study.

Q&A
Our SCF experts will be available to answer all your questions at the end - from the ERP connection and success criteria to regulatory and compliance aspects.

07.08.2025 | ONLINE | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Targeted cyber attacks on companies and financial institutions will continue to increase in 2025 - from sophisticated CEO fraud and fake invoices to encrypting ransomware. In parallel, AI-generated deepfakes and automated phishing campaigns are opening up new threat vectors that are difficult to detect. In this session, treasury teams will learn how to fend off classic attacks and recognize suspicious transactions right from the start.

State of the Art Cyber-Threat Landscape 2025
Get a detailed insight into the current threat statistics of the financial sector: We present the latest figures on phishing emails, BEC incidents and ransomware attacks and show how AI-driven deepfake attacks are increasingly infiltrating decision-making processes.

The underestimated ISO 20022 migration: deadlines, scope and practical challenges

14.08.2025 | ONLINE | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

The changeover to ISO 20022 in interbank transactions should be completed by November 2025 - the changeover initiated by SWIFT for cross-border payments and account statements will thus be completed. In addition, the payment formats currently used for SEPA payments and direct debits are on the verge of a version change and EBICS 3.0 is being supported by more and more banks. Many treasury teams underestimate the effort involved: the migration not only involves new XML format versions, but also IT interfaces, bank connectors, processing mechanisms and extensive testing. In this module, you will learn how to keep to schedules, avoid risks and convert your system securely.

Deadlines & milestones
Get a clear roadmap: We explain the lifecycles of SEPA Credit Transfers and SEPA Direct Debits, the SWIFT-MX roadmap for international payments and national transition deadlines in Germany, Austria and Switzerland - so you don't miss any deadlines.

Project scope & sub-projects
Learn which workstreams you absolutely must plan for: from the IT integration of your TMS/ERP and EBICS conversions at banks to mapping tables for bank statement information and change management. This will help you keep your budget, resources and schedule under control.

Technical pitfalls
Recognize typical stumbling blocks: We show the differences between Pain.001.001.03 and Pain.001.001.09, explain the challenges of converting from MT 940 to Camt.053 and give practical tips on how to reliably solve typical mapping problems.

Roles & responsibilities
Define clear responsibilities: Who manages the overall project, what technical input is provided by the treasury team, what tasks are taken on by IT, accounting and the banks themselves to ensure that nothing is forgotten.

Q&A
At the end, we will be available to answer your questions - from project planning and go-live strategies to best practices.

Prompts for reporting & dashboard development
Develop query templates that AI models use to transform raw data into meaningful graphical reports - including descriptions of the necessary data sources and visualization types.

Q&A
In the last section, our AI and treasury experts are available to answer your questions - from data protection aspects to prompt optimization and integration into your system environment.
