Conditions of participation - SLG Treasury GmbH Advent calendar competition

This competition is not connected to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok or other platforms and is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by them.

The competition runs from 01.12.2025, 00:00 (CET) to 24.12.2025, 23:59 (CET).
There is a new door every day with its own question and a daily seminar voucher for a dedicated seminar.

Natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate.
Employees of SLG Treasury GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.
Multiple days: Participation is possible on several days; however, only one entry per person per day (00:00-23:59 CET). Multiple entries on the same day will be deleted or combined.

One question is asked every day.
Anyone who answers the question correctly and then provides their contact details (at least name and e-mail address; other details may be required) will receive the one-day seminar voucher.
Incomplete, illegible, automatically generated or manipulated entries are invalid. SLG Treasury GmbH reserves the right to carry out identity checks.

Every person who answers the question of the day correctly and submits their contact details correctly will receive a seminar voucher worth €300, which is valid exclusively for the dedicated SLG Treasury GmbH seminar on the day in question.
The voucher cannot be redeemed in cash, is non-transferable and cannot be resold; it may not be passed on to third parties. It cannot be combined with other discounts/promotions; any remaining amounts expire.
The voucher will be delivered within 3 days by e-mail as a code/PDF.

All daily winners will be entered into a prize draw. A seminar place at SLG Treasury GmbH will also be raffled off among them.
The name/scope of the seminar place and the redemption period will be announced on 24.12.2025. This prize is also not redeemable in cash, is not transferable and cannot be combined.

Day vouchers: Eligibility is automatic if the answer is correct and all contact details have been entered. Delivery as described above.
Final prize: All daily winners will be drawn by lot on 07.01.2026, 12:00 noon (CET). Notification will be sent by e-mail. If no response is received within 7 calendar days, the claim will expire and a new draw will be held.

Day vouchers can only be redeemed for the respective one-day seminar and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Vouchers are redeemed subject to availability, the minimum number of participants being reached and the dates published by SLG Treasury GmbH. There is no entitlement to a specific date; the voucher remains valid if the date is postponed.
Travel, accommodation or other ancillary costs are not included in the winnings.

Reasons for exclusion and termination

SLG Treasury GmbH may exclude participants in the event of violations of these conditions, attempts at manipulation, multiple entries per day, false information or bot/script use.
The organizer reserves the right to adjust, interrupt or terminate the competition for good cause (e.g. force majeure, technical faults, legal reasons). The rights of participants remain unaffected.

Personal data (e.g. name, e-mail) is processed for the purpose of the competition. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (implementation of the competition).
Data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for processing or if there are legal obligations.
Data will be deleted after completion of the competition or after expiry of statutory retention periods.
Marketing communication (e.g. newsletters) only takes place with express consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which can be revoked at any time.

SLG Treasury GmbH is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, limb or health.
In the event of slight negligence, liability shall only exist in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
No liability is accepted for technical faults, network/server/software failures, late entries or loss of data beyond the organizer's control.

If participants submit content (e.g. free text responses), they warrant that they have the necessary rights to do so and do not infringe any third-party rights. They grant the organizer a simple, non-exclusive, free right of use for the purpose of running the competition.

Austrian law shall apply to the exclusion of its conflict of law rules; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence of consumers shall remain unaffected.
For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply. For entrepreneurs, the place of jurisdiction at the registered office of SLG Treasury GmbH shall apply - insofar as legally permissible.
Legal recourse with regard to the determination of the winner is excluded.
