The goal:

• Make accounts receivable and payable processes more efficient and secure
• Free up liquidity and reduce default risk
• Optimization of payment transactions
• Evaluation of the existing system landscape

The way:

• In a thematically comprehensive initial project, SLG designed a specialist and system concept that also dealt with the accounts payable process and payment transactions in more detail.
• Based on this, the processes in accounts receivable and accounts payable management were presented in detail in a second project, together with:
•  suggestions on how these processes can be made safer and faster. Allgaier subsequently implemented the corresponding measures.
