The goal:

• Following the implementation of SAP TRM, (B)CM and IHC, Swiss Post needed a customized treasury reporting system.
• SAP Analytics Cloud Reporting was used to enable flexible, autonomous use with real-time integration.
• SLG analyzed SAP data modules and developed a treasury reporting concept, integrated by ITech.

The way:

• Implementation of an automated treasury reporting system that can be maintained and expanded by Treasury itself.
• Use of the system for both specialist departments and management levels for financial control and risk management.
• Real-time data access and flexible reporting for CFO and work reports.
