Conditions of participation

§1 Organizer
The competition is run by SLG Treasury GmbH (hereinafter "Organizer").

§2 Participation

  1. Natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate.
  2. Participation takes place by finding the virtual Easter egg on the seminar pages and then registering with your e-mail address.
  3. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.
  4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple registrations will lead to exclusion.

§3 Implementation and profit

  1. The participation period is from 11.4.2025 to 21.04.2025, 23:59.
  2. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  3. The prize includes free participation in a seminar of your choice from our current program.
  4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
  5. The winner will be notified by e-mail and published on LinkedIn.

§4 Data protection

  1. Personal data is required to enter the competition.
  2. The data collected is used for:
    • The implementation of the competition
    • Sending newsletters and advertising (with consent)
  3. The participant agrees to the use and storage of his/her data for these purposes.
  4. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
  5. The participant can revoke his/her consent at any time by sending an e-mail to info@slg.co.at.

§5 Premature termination

  1. The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely for good cause.
  2. A termination for good cause may occur in particular if proper implementation can no longer be guaranteed.

§6 Liability

  1. The organizer is released from all obligations when the prize is handed over.
  2. No liability is accepted for material defects or defects of title in the prize.

§7 Exclusion from the competition

  1. The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition if these conditions of participation are violated.
  2. Persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation are also excluded.

§Section 8 Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

§9 Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
