Introduction of a new treasury management system landscape

The goal:

• Replacement of the externally operated treasury management system and associated applications
• Integration of all companies (100%) into the new TMS, independent of the ERP system
• Implementation as close as possible to the standard of the providers
• Extension of the previous setup

The way:

• 2011 and 2012: Analysis of all functions of the TMS landscape
• 2013/14: Tender for a completely new TMS setup, extended by a SWIFT connection as well as a TIP application.
• 2015: Intensive scoping, contract negotiations
• 2016: Implementation
• 2017: Successful rollout of payment transactions via the new application "TRAX" as well as go-live of the new Quantum version (v6.41).
