The goal:

  • In 2012, (then) Deutsche Annington commissioned SLG to analyze existing treasury structures and processes with regard to their future viability.
  • From this, a "blueprint" for future direction was to be developed.
  • Requirement: "Treasury must be scalable to respond flexibly to growth and organizational change."

The way:

  • Detailed inventory of treasury processes, structures and systems by means of a needs analysis
  • Derivation of a target image (specialist concept) for the treasury function and implementation of the specialist concept (reorganization, introduction of rules and regulations, specialist implementation)
  • Selection and implementation of the necessary system support
